Shipping Policy

General Information:

Our company provide free shipping for all orders irrespective of the order value. To maintain balance of good customer service and financial aspects of the business, we use standard shipping plans offered by our courier partners. If you need a rush parcel service or fast delivery, you need to contact our customer service.

We like to inform you that expedite delivery services are not available in all regions of United States and India and in some case, rush delivery service might not be possible even if you are ready to pay expedited shipping charges. To make sure you have the item well in advance before the event, we suggest you place the order few weeks before the event that will allow us to deliver the neon sign on time to your doorstep even with standard shipping plan.

All orders are dispatched with 5-6 days after order confirmation. The delivery time may vary based on your location and time of the year. For example, courier services have workloads during festive seasons and there might be slight delay in last mile of order delivery.

Since our neon signs are custom designed and hand-made, there might be some delay in dispatch of the order from our side. This mainly depends on the complexity of the design and manufacturing of the product. However, this is a very rare occurrence and our craftsmen strive to deliver goods on time every time. We ask your understanding and patience in this regard and you can always call our customer service to get accurate timeline of the delivery of the product.

No Cash on Delivery 

We do not offer cash on delivery and you have to make complete payment at the time of ordering. An order confirmation email is sent only after complete payment. We do not accept part payments and in that case your order cannot be processed until you make full payment.

We do not sell ready-made products and all our neon signs are designed and manufactured to customer specifications. Hence, we will not be able to honor your request for refund if you don’t like the product after receiving it. Our designer have years of experience in making neon signs and they design product exactly as per your specifications. In event you don’t like the product, we cannot issue a refund as the product is of no use for us and it becomes a lost revenue. Hence, we request you to give clear ideas about your design and measurements while placing the order. You can provide reference images if you are not able to explain the design of neon sign verbally and our designers will get the required information from you by asking you a series of open ended and closed questions to ensure you get the neon sign you dreamt of..

Door to Door Shipping Service

We offer door-to-door shipping service and you will get the item delivered to your doorstep. We do not offer pick-up points nor deliver your order to nearby businesses to cut shipping costs.

Custom Fees

If your country/state levies custom fees for international shipments, it has to be borne by you. Our courier partner will provide you details of the custom fees charged by the tax authorities and also provide you the receipt for the same. We expect a understanding from our customers in this regard. If you have any doubts about any fees other than order charges, get in touch with our customer service and they will help you in this regard.
