All Neon Signs are custom-made and hand-crafted for you and the standard lead time is between 3-4 weeks which includes production and shipping of your order.  We strive to reduce the lead time most of the time and you can expect your order to get ready and shipped with 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year.

The neon sign is shipped within 24 hours after your item is received by our warehouse from the production facility and you will receive a notification in your registered email when the order is shipped.   

All neon signs are shipped from our Florida or India warehouse and it takes around 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach customer’s address. You can always track your shipment status/location with the tracking number provided by us.

Neon Signs are made of glass and prone to breakage due to shocks and vibration. Hence, we use a soft, resilient packaging that absorbs vibration and protects your neon sign while in transit. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the neon sign ordered by you reaches your doorstep in good condition. Our packaging also includes extra layer of cushioning to prevent shifting of neon sign in the boxes and keep it safe.

I have not received my order. What Should I do?

If you do not receive shipment within the stipulated time, the first thing you should do is use the tracking number provided to know the status of your shipment. If you are unable to do so, you can call our customer service during office hours from Monday to Saturday and get information about your shipment status. Do keep your order number/ tracking number handy so that our customer service can find the status of your shipment and provide you right information. Our customer service will talk to the courier company and get you latest update and exact delivery date from the courier company. 

Process for parcels damaged in transit

If you have received a damaged item, you need to click the picture of the damaged item, courier label and email the pictures and information about your order to our customer service.

Process for parcels lost in transit

If your shipped order cannot be tracked and the parcel is lost in transit, you should contact our customer service with the order details. We will  initiate an enquiry with the courier and conduct an investigation. Based on the findings, we will provide you an amicable solution that could be a complete refund or resending a new neon sign based on your order specification.

What should I do to get timely delivery of neon sign?

Our company takes necessary steps and works with the production facility and courier to get your order delivered on time. However, certain external factors not within our control can delay the parcel. Hence we request our customers to place order for neon signs well in advance (15-20 days) before the event. This will ensure we have enough time to process your order and you get the item few days before the event.
